WhatsApp Live location sharing is another Excellent feature by WhatsApp where you can share your live location with your friends and relatives, or you can track the location of someone whom you want to meet.

If you have this feature right now on your phone, You can able to send the Live Location. So, your friend or girlfriend will understand the problem when you stuck in traffic. Also, this Feature will also help the employee to share his Exact location with his Manager.

This live location tracking will work until you Turn OFF the Data Packet or else you can tap on Stop Sharing the location button to stop the live location sharing immediately (in seconds)

How to Use WhatsApp Live Location Feature on iOS & Android: –

1. At First, Download the beta version of WhatsApp from here: Play Store | App Store.

2. Download and Open the App. Now, Go to Chat Area and Tap on Attach Files Icon and Select Location.

3. Now, You will be able to see the option called “Share Live Location” Tap on that, and It will ask you the permission to Turn ON GPS on your device. Turn the GPS ON and Continue.

4. Now, It will show the three Different tabs with different timings. You can select any one of the timings which are given in the app. This is for, How much time you have to share your location with your friend to track you.

• You can stop sharing the location whenever you need. But, you have to share the location only from the given timings 15 min, one hr and 8 hrs. You can select 8hrs sharing and Then stop sharing the live location after 30 min. So, It will be more easier to use.

5. To stop Sharing the location. You can click on Send Location and Select “Stop” option to cancel the Live location sharing on WhatsApp.
